We all
have to take care of our back. Back pain strikes at any age. It does not

Medications and surgeries are not always necessary to get relief from a hurt back. Whenever you feel you lower back aches, you can just lie on your back on the floor and place a pillow under your knees. Or you can do the same thing but with your hips and your knees bend and your feet on your chair. These are ways to rest our back. Stay in any of these positions for at least 5 to 20 minutes. You cannot right away notice the result and may need 2 or more days of this rest.
Stretching can also be done to relieve back pain. In doing stretches,
remember to not force the body to do difficult positions, avoid bouncing
as it may tear muscles, hold stretches for at least 20 to 30 seconds
until the muscles or joints become loose and repeat the stretch 5 to 10
times. If you do stretches at least some minutes in the morning and at
night can provide a significant relief to our aching back over time.
